Hi! I’m Emilee, and I’m a doula.

The two moments are much alike: birth and death are made of the same fabric.
— Isabel Allende

As a birth doula, I work with pregnant people and their partners to prepare for birth, offering education, information, support, and presence through the process. I also work as an abortion doula, offering support and insight for people going through the process of abortion. I’m also a death doula - I help people at the end of life to facilitate a gentler transition, and to help families prepare for and process loss.

In addition to this work, I am a mom of two and a part-time barista at Endgrain Coffee, which I love - it connects me with people in my community. I love to embroider and to work in my garden, hike with my kids and my dog, and spend time at the shore.

I am a doula because I believe every person deserves support, deserves answers to their questions, and deserves to be fully empowered to have the experience they want. As a doula, I do my best to help you achieve this, but also to prepare for the unexpected and to understand all your options.

Before any potential client decides to book with me, I offer an obligation-free session in your home or at your local cafe or diner to see how we align and to answer any questions you may have regarding my services.

Thank you so much for considering me as your doula as you embark on your journey. I’m reachable by phone, text, or email to answer any questions you may have about the doula process.
